I had to be at home for a furniture delivery, so I was ready to tackle some projects. Repainting a wicker set and a little side table kept me busy most of the day. While waiting for paint to dry (and to give my hands a rest), I watered the flowers and took some pictures I just had to share.
The colors are so pretty.
Wow,
ReplyDeleteThe color is so vivid.
Thanks for showing us.

ReplyDeleteKimberly, I love the pictures of your flowers. All my flowers are a little slow getting going but they're starting to take off. I just love the clematis! I want one so badly but I'm just not sure where to put it....hmmmmm! I love the color of yours!
ReplyDelete:) It sound almost like my day! I was also painting yeaterday and watering my plants. And i also managed to take some pictures after the rain was over. Yes, here it was raining yesterday, but it was so lovely! After almost 14 days with a heat to die of, it was refreshing. Your flowers looks so pretty, big and bright, makes you smile doesn`t it? I am smiling :)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy rest of your lovely day!
What plant is pictured in the 3rd picture? The leaves are gorgeous! All the flowers are so pretty. I just love this time of year!

Hi everyone! Yes, I love these bright colors in the garden.
ReplyDeleteI have done soft pinks and blues a couple of years, but I always come back to these bold shades.
The First pic is a Tuberous Begonia...Second pic is Tri-colored Lantana...Third pic is a New Guinea Impatient up in the corner and the bright leaves are Coleus...Fourth pic is Clematis.
Hi Kimberly,
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful flowers - I love the clematis.

Kimberly, you love the same colors I do in flowers. Those are just gorgeous! Looks like you're getting more rain than we are, all your stuff looks lush.

Lovely flowers, and I can't wait to see the wicker set!!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. My flowers are keeping me so busy, no rain.
ReplyDeleteQuestion: Do you have or do you know where I might purchase a laundry themed fabric. I want to hand fabric in my laundry room in front of the lg. shelves to make in more inviting and brighter.
Thanks for any info.
Trudi
Have a good weekend.
Hi Sophie, Pictures of the wicker set will hopefully be up later today. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd Trudi, I know of several really cute laundry themed fabrics. I just sent you an email with the links.
Happy sewing!
Kimberly, those colors are all gorgeous. Your plants are thriving - I love that tri-color lantana. I planted some around my mailbox. Can't wait to see the wicker you painted!
