"I'm just trying to do my part to help the economy." At least, that's what I've been telling myself as box after glorious box of fabric arrives at my door. LOL
Have you SEEN the great sales on fabrics lately? Most of the fabrics shown here came from Fabric.com , JCaroline , and one of my local B&M quilt shops. Beautiful designer fabrics from Jennifer Paganelli (Sisboom), Anna Maria Horner, Heather Bailey, Amy Butler, and others at 25% to nearly 50% off! It sounded like a great time to stock up to me. :)
I owe a big THANK YOU to Kim over at the True Up blog for her tireless efforts in putting together her Sunday Sales Alert posts. Every week (in addition to the most informative posts about the fabric world in general) she brings us links to the best deals on fabrics around the world at online stores, Etsy Shops, and B&M retailers. If its not one of your weekly or daily reads, you really need to think about adding it to your bloglist.
How cute are these two fabrics together?! Amy Butler's Martini and Robert Kaufman's Sweet Tooth. (Please ignore the wrinkles... haven't gotten around to ironing yet.) Not sure what I'll be doing with these, but the colors are just perfect for each other.Well, its a cold snowy day here in Ohio and I've got sewing to do. Have a great week everyone!
Nice stash! Looks like you can sew for days and days on end. I made one of your snap wallets...now my tea wallet. Great directions!!!
ReplyDeleteSuch bright colors! They cheer me right up.

Hi fiesta,
ReplyDeleteI don't sell new fabrics, just vintage.
These are all MINE. LOL
Just new additions to my stash purchased from Fabric.com and Jcarolinecreative.com during their wonderful clearance sales.
Its best if you sign up for their newsletter, the good prints go fast.
Kimberly :)
Hi Kimberly--
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the blog visit and note! I LOVE your stuff and was tickled to learn about your Etsy shop, too. Do you mind if I add your blog to my favorites on mine?

Hello out there!
ReplyDeleteYour new fabrics just brighten and warm the day! I needed to see these last week when I was stuck in the house....but no comp at home. Reallly need to remedy that very soon. I'll type later.
Thanks for your post about Super Bowl Sunday...I hear it was close up until the very end....so I'm sure that everyone enjoyed it. I was sewing....my favorite way to spend a Sunday!!

I would like to bathe in that lovliness. Sometimes fabrics look like they should have a fruity smell, or an outdoorsy smell. The colors are so beautiful that you think you should be able to inhale them! These are like that.
ReplyDeleteFabulous fabric choices, Kimberly! Oh my goodness. Thanks for sharing your stash enhancing, economy boosting treasures! ;o)
ReplyDeleteKimberly,
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE the ice cream cone fabric. What are you going to make with that sweet stuff?
Mmm Mmm Good,
xo Cathy
TRUE UP! how come I've not heard of this before?? Yeah!
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous...look at all that gorgeousness! Just remember to stop and eat and sleep once in a while!
Smiles, Karen
I just came back from the fabric store myself!! I am so envious of all who live in the US...so much more selection than here!! We have one fabric store in my community (which has a population of 500 000). Crazy isn't it??
